The main dining room is on three different levels, with cuisines of nine countries presented in a 'culinary theatre' by eight show kitchens. These include a continental rotisserie and grill, contemporary Asian and Italian corners, an extensive salad bar, a centrally located patisserie section and bakery. Barlen's Restaurant and Bar (seats 120)
With its contemporary Asian-inspired interior, this unique beachside restaurant and bar offers light and healthy lunches and dinners, including a sushi sashimi section, an open European char-grill counter with a Japanese robata grill and a salad/appetiser section. Available for private use.


Safran (seats 56)
This enchanting restaurant presents modern interpretations of classic Indian cuisine. The open kitchen's focal point is the Tandoori ovens producing a tasty variety of Indian bread, mouth-watering appetisers and main courses. Available for private use. Serving dinner only.

Golf Clubhouse (seats 80)
Overlooking the 9th and 18th greens, the clubhouse is host to an elegant restaurant and bar. The finest cuisine is only rivalled by the panoramic views across the ocean to the distant mountains of Mauritius. Perfect for cocktail receptions and private dinner parties.


Restaurant (seats 96) and Robinson's Bar
Situated on the private island of Ilot Mangénie, Crusoe's offers fresh fish, salad bar and pizza. Every Sunday, Robinson's features a lavish brunch. Available for private use for dinner only.
