The Islands

Îlot Mangénie, Le Touessrok hotel’s wild paradise

A little bit of paradise, Îlot Mangénie is a little private island which although uninhabited, offers guests the same luxury as the other resort beaches. Alone in the world, almost, you will enjoy the sumptuous shores and the unique atmosphere of this island.

At Crusoe’s Restaurant on Îlot Mangénie, savour freshly baked pizzas from the wood fired oven, unusual salads and freshly caught fish.

At Robinson’s Bar, Mr Robinson himself concocts flavoured rums from his secret recipes…
To enjoy the pleasures of this private isle is an extra luxury when you stay at this five star hotel in Mauritius.

Îlot Mangénie is a 10 minute boat trip away from the mainland. A free private ferry service transfers guests from the hotel to the islet.

Île aux Cerfs: the jewel in Touessrok’s crown

The Île aux Cerfs, home to one of the ’Top 10 Golf Courses in the World’ (Golf World Magazine), is an island with an undulating terrain and natural vegetation. The island is dotted with outcrops of volcanic rock, little lakes and gullies.

The island is also home to the Le Touessrok activity and water sports centre. Here we can try our hand at kayaking, laser dinghies, sailing, pedal boating, snorkelling, water skiing and wind surfing. Glass-bottomed boat tours also set off from the jetty.

The Clubhouse Restaurant at Le Touessrok Golf Course offers exceptional panoramic views of the course and Paul & Virginie Restaurant and Sands Bar are open for lunch until late afternoon for light meals, cocktails and tropical vistas on the beach.
Île aux Cerfs is a 10 minute boat trip from the hotel. A private and free ferry service transfers guests from the hotel to the island.
